First week of training for a sub 1:35 half marathon and I feel good. I'm happy to be back in training. It's giving me a focus and determination. I'm focusing on track workouts and hills/hilly runs for the first month and then I'm transitioning into tempo and race pace runs.
After my track workout, I realized that I'm consistent (hit the same pace and times repeat after repeat) but my legs aren't use to a quick turnover.
